Reception and Front of House

As a Night Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the hotel operations during the night shift. This includes managing the front desk, ensuring guest satisfaction, and handling any issues that may arise. You will also be responsible for security and safety protocols, as well as managing staff on duty during the night. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication and leadership skills.
