Caruso’s Grocery is seeking a Service Manager to join its team! Caruso's Grocery is modeled after the classic Italian-American 'red sauce' joint. You know the one: red banquettes, old school culinary hits like Chicken Parm and Sole Francaise, Sinatra pouring through the speakers. A standalone restaurant at The Roost in Southeast DC and led by Chef Matt Adler, Caruso's Grocery is home to traditional Italian-American fare focused on execution and high quality ingredients. The beverage program follows suit with an accessible list of classic wines and cocktails. We’re curious, hard working, and energetic restaurant lovers who are inspired on a daily basis by the fast paced industry we work in, and the creative folks we are lucky to call colleagues.
