Keen Coffee is a specialty coffee roastery in Utrecht with its own coffee tasting bar in the city centre (over 15 single-origin coffees to explore). They are looking for an experienced, driven Manager to lead and develop the flagship store: daily operations, team planning and motivation, close work with the head baristas, service/coffee/food quality, sales monitoring and targets. 3+ years hospitality management experience, POS/reporting skills, specialty-coffee passion.
