Bachelor degree in culinary arts, hotel and restaurant management or related major.
Minimum 2 years experience in the same position.
Thorough knowledge in food safety and hygiene standards or HACCP systems and advanced hygiene management.
Strong passion for creating and enhancing culinary style and exhibiting passion for culinary arts.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
Strong leadership and team player.
Familiar with menu planning and food costing to maximize revenue.
Expertise in Asian, Western and Eastern cuisine is a must.
Willing to be placed in Serang, Banten.
