Senior People Team Manager

As a Senior People Team Manager, you will lead the people strategy for our Engineering, Business Intelligence, and Transformation teams. You will partner with senior leaders to drive organizational effectiveness, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives. Your role will involve developing and implementing HR programs that support business objectives, fostering a culture of inclusion and belonging, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. You will also be responsible for coaching and developing HR team members, managing employee relations issues, and driving performance management processes.
