**Job Responsibilities:** All employees will learn how to: prepare and serve every item on the menu with quality, speed and consistency; stock products; operate and maintain store equipment and property.

**Expectations:** Whit's is hiring employees that can work with all people, have pleasant personalities, smile, have a sense of humor and are willing to complete all tasks and learn new ones.

In order to accomplish these goals, policies have been developed to ensure a high standard of performance and conduct. In addition to following all governmental, health and safety regulations, employees will be expected to maintain acceptable levels of:

- Attitude and behavior
- Language and lingo
- Personal hygiene
- Dress code and appearance
- Attendance and punctuality
- To name a few, etc.

Your participation in Spring, Summer or Fall extra curricular sports/activities provides a special challenge in scheduling work. It is best to apply only if you are free of sports or activities.

Whit's - Lebanon will be hiring a few employees, most will be high school students. We receive many excellent applications but only a few are called or interviewed. Extracurricular school activities are difficult to schedule around and balance between all employees. Working at Whit's requires time, commitment and dedication.
