Responsibilities include mixing, shaping, and baking a variety of products, ensuring quality and consistency in every batch. The Production Baker will also assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace, following all safety and sanitation guidelines. Experience in a commercial bakery setting is preferred, and a positive attitude is essential.
