What we are looking for:
- Positive, Can Do! Attitude….It’s our jam.
- Ability to work days Tuesday-Saturday
- Prior professional food service experience
- Prepare orders with care, accuracy, and efficiency
- Meticulous cleaning habits and strong organization skills
- Excellent verbal and communication skill
- Island Co. Food Handlers permit (within 30 days of hire)
- Prior Barista/Customer Service experience (Barista/Food Prep)

- Base hourly wage of $17 per/hr**PLUS**full share of equally divided tip pool (Average for 2023 over $14 per hr) Average hourly wage equals $30

- Work/Life balance. We are open 8am-2pm Tuesday thru Saturday, closed Sunday, Monday and most holidays. No Christmas or Thanksgiving shifts!
