Director of Community Care and Discipleship

Village Church, a missional, intercultural community in Christ, located in Beaverton, Oregon for the past 77 years, is seeking a Director of Community Care and Discipleship. This pastoral team member would join a multi-talented and diverse staff in providing pastoral presence and care to a multigenerational, multiethnic, and multilingual congregation. The person we are searching for shares our commitment to community, through making personal connections with members. This person values and prioritizes one-on-one relationship building and pastoral visitations. The role also allows for a wide variety of ministry experiences, and is involved in the majority of adult, Village member engagement in church life and opportunities for spiritual growth.
