Customer Success Manager (f/m/d)

As Customer Success Manager (f/m/d) you will be part of the Business Solutions department at our head office in Immenstadt im Allgäu. Here you will look after both our target group-specific business solutions and the business customers themselves with their projects. The range of these projects covers the entire portfolio of our company, so you will also be an important interface between our customers and the in-house specialist departments.

Your task is to actively support and develop existing customers with the aim of building and maintaining sustainable and successful customer relationships.
You will be responsible for the successful implementation and management of digital customer projects in the area of customer success and the preparation of project status reports.
You will ensure the continuous optimisation and expansion of existing customer solutions.
You will identify potential for upselling and cross-selling in order to create additional added value for customers.
You will work closely with internal teams to exceed customer requirements and expectations and maximise the use of our platform.
You will advise and train our customers in the use of our products and services and proactively develop solutions to achieve their goals.
