Cafe Manager

As the Cafe Manager at the Anaheim Campus, you’ll be responsible for smooth and efficient Cafe operations, and for providing the best possible experience for guests. The Cafe not only provides drinks and food to those who enter, but it also offers an opportunity for people to experience connection and community with each other. The Cafe plays an integral role in ensuring first time guests are welcomed and invited to return the following week. Therefore, ensuring that the Cafe environment fosters those values is an important goal for the Cafe Manager. Having an excellent eye for detail and operational processes is key to this role. While working with fellow staff members and volunteer teams alike, you’ll be expected to maintain the Eastside standard of excellence in order to succeed in this role.
