We are a family-owned and operated café that specializes in offering our guests unique experiences through food and drinks. Our mission is to positively impact our guests’ and team’s lives through meaningful interactions every day. We have learned that we’re not just a coffee shop or a tea house, but to many of our regulars we are so much more - a warm and welcome space, a place where they know they belong. If you can love our guests first, the rest comes naturally. We are growing and looking for superstars to invest in, people who impact positive change, offer feedback to help us improve, and whom are interested in building a successful career. Thankfully, The Modern Rose is usually very busy, often working at a fast pace. This role does require the candidate to be on their feet, walking back and forth for a few hours at a time, making drinks and dishes, serving guests with an authentic smile on, lifting and stocking items, etc. Please be aware of this before seeking employment with us. :)
