Drive-In Service Crew (Carhop / Order Assistant)

We are looking for energetic and customer-friendly Service Crew members to take orders and deliver food directly to customers in their cars. This role requires speed, accuracy, and a positive attitude.

## Key Responsibilities
- Take customer orders accurately from cars or intercom systems
- Deliver food and beverages safely to parked vehicles
- Ensure timely service and customer satisfaction
- Handle payments (cash, card, or digital methods)
- Maintain cleanliness of service areas and parking zones
- Assist kitchen staff during busy hours if needed
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Address basic customer queries politely

## Requirements
- Minimum high school education
- Previous experience in restaurant/fast food is a plus
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for long hours
- Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused personality
- Ability to work in shifts (including evenings and weekends)
