**What the job involves:**

- Preparing coffee, espresso drinks, and simple food items
- Creating a welcoming experience for customers
- Working efficiently during busy morning rushes
- Keeping the shop clean, stocked, and organized
- Helping teammates and jumping in where needed

- Someone dependable who shows up on time
- Friendly and comfortable interacting with customers
- Able to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to take initiative when things need to be done
- Weekend availability required
