About This Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Lead Educator – Curriculum & Culture to join our Learning Team. Working in close partnership with the Lead Educator Mātauranga Māori, you will co-lead the Learning Team to design and deliver meaningful, engaging educational experiences aligned with the Aotearoa New Zealand Curriculum, Te Whāriki, and Te Marautanga o Aotearoa, while reflecting the national significance of Waitangi. What you'll need to be successful | Ō Pūkenga Be a collaborative leader who values partnership and brings a strong commitment to Te Tiriti and community-based learning. A recognised teaching qualification (education management experience preferred) 5–10 years’ frontline teaching or education experience Proven leadership and people management skills Strong communication and relationship-building capability It would be an advantage if you also have: Ability to embed Mātauranga Māori concepts into learning programmes.
