As General Manager, you will be responsible for leading the team to deliver an exceptional experience to our customers, driving sales and profitability, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and service. You will be the face of BrewDog in Canary Wharf, embodying our values and culture, and inspiring your team to do the same. You will be responsible for recruitment, training, and development of your team, as well as managing the day-to-day operations of the bar. You will work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for managing budgets, controlling costs, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
