Its Abbotsford cafe — attached to the Melbourne roastery — is the Australian flagship. They are hiring a Head Barista to lead coffee quality, workflow and training behind the bar: dialling in espresso and batch brew, championing hospitality and service standards, coaching the team, and maintaining clean, efficient bar operations (La Marzocco Linea PB, Mahlkonig grinders, Fetco brewer).
