Be YOUThe “Facilities & Tenant Services Coordinator”, reporting directly to the “Facilities Team Leader”, holds the primary role in supporting the daily operations of our Facilities team. This role involves managing tenant relations, coordinating maintenance activities, and ensuring efficient administrative operations. The position integrates traditional property administration responsibilities with a tenant-centered, supportive approach focused on housing stability, life skills development and positive tenant engagement. This role acts as a liaison between tenants, Housing services, property management, facilities staff, finance and community partners to ensure effective operations and support positive housing outcomes. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
