Front Counter/Barista

**You're looking** for the opportunity to connect with your community, face-to-face and work with a friendly and supportive team. You can commit to a minimum of 3 shifts per week with a degree of flexibility in your schedule.

**We're looking** for someone with a warm and positive attitude who understands the challenges and rewards of the quick serve hospitality industry.

**Duties & responsibilities** include greeting guests, sales counter (Point of Sale), preparing hot and cold beverages, fulfilling food orders, keeping our retail and dining areas clean and tidy, restocking supplies, washing dishes and a willingness to help out wherever you're needed.

**Compensation** starts at $17.50 - $19 depending on experience, plus tip-sharing, which averages $5 per hour. Aside from a flexible work schedule, we also offer paid meal breaks on shifts longer than 5 hours, a 75% discount on staff meals during working hours, a 25% discount on all merchandise and food & beverage purchased outside of working hours.
