Introduction
Are you an experienced senior leader who can bring transformative change to the finance, people and technology functions of a dynamic organisation? We are looking for a Head of Finance, People & Technology to lead our strategic direction and operational excellence in these key areas.

As a member of the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring that UCSA’s financial management, human resources, and technology services are aligned with our strategic goals. You will lead a team of professionals and work collaboratively across the organisation to drive performance and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the finance, people and technology functions of UCSA.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the organisation’s goals.
- Oversee human resources policies and practices to ensure a positive workplace culture.
- Manage technology services to enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide strategic advice to the senior leadership team and the Board.
