Video Production Manager

The Woodlands Methodist Church (TWMC) is seeking a Video Production Manager to lead the Video Team. This role oversees video and photography production from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with TWMC’s mission, brand, and communication strategy. The Video Production Manager leads creative execution, manages team workflow, and ensures consistent, high-quality content across platforms and ministries. This role exists to: Lead the execution of video and photography content aligned with content strategy, Ensure strong storytelling, visual consistency, and production quality, Manage team workflow, priorities, and project delivery, Develop team members and strengthen overall production capabilities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Creative Leadership and Content Oversight: Develop and execute content aligned with the Content and Marketing Director’s strategy, Translate ministry goals into clear creative briefs and production direction, Establish and maintain visual storytelling and brand standards, Guide storytelling approach, pacing, and visual style across all content, Review and approve day-to-day deliverables for distribution readiness, Ensure final content aligns with messaging, platform, and ministry goals. Production and Project Management: Oversee video and photography production from planning through delivery, Serve as a hands-on contributor by capturing video/photo content and editing projects as needed, especially for high-priority or time-sensitive deliverables, Manage project timelines and production schedules, Coordinate shoot planning, staffing, equipment, and execution readiness, Lead efficient execution across services, events, campaigns, and ministry needs.
