Intern Safety, Health & Environment Management System

Join our team at our international headquarters in Utrecht, starting in September 2026. As a Safety, Health & Environment Management System Intern, you will support the Global Safety, Health and Environment team in the implementation, coordination and continuous improvement of the JDE Peet’s SHE Management System, helping ensure that key requirements, processes and documentation are consistently managed across the organisation. You will be part of the Global SHE team, working closely with Regional and local SHE teams to support governance, document control, performance follow-up and implementation tracking. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in a global manufacturing environment and contribute to the development of a structured, simple and effective SHE Management System. In this role, you will: Support the implementation and follow-up of the Global SHE Management System requirements. Assist in maintaining and improving SHE documentation, trackers, templates, guidance materials and implementation tools. Support the preparation of SHE Management System reviews, SHE Auditing, meetings, presentations and status updates. Help collect, organise and analyse information from regions and sites to monitor progress, gaps and improvement opportunities. Support communication and coordination with Regional and Local SHE teams to ensure alignment and timely execution of agreed actions. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to make SHE processes simpler, clearer and more effective. What's in it for you?
