Supervisor (FOH)

Purpose
As a Supervisor at Draughts, you are trusted to run the floor with presence, care and energy. You guide the team during service, uphold our standards, and make sure guests leave feeling like they have had something special. You support the General Manager by stepping up with confidence, adapting to the needs of the day, and making sure the venue feels ready, safe, and full of great energy.

What You Will Do
You will lead by example. Whether briefing the team before service, jumping in to support during a busy wave, or responding to a guest issue with calm and confidence, you are a steady hand and a motivating presence. You will help train new starters, share feedback with the General Manager, and build trust across the team by being fair, clear and always approachable.

You will keep a close eye on the detail. That means making sure food and drink go out on time, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and ensuring that the atmosphere is welcoming and enjoyable for all guests.
