Be YOUReporting to the Woodshop Production Manager, the Woodshop Coordinator and Youth Mentor is responsible for supervising and leading Youth trainees associated with the Woodshop. The Woodshop Coordinator and Youth Mentor ensure that all projects are completed in adherence with the plans and specifications approved by the Woodshop Production Manager. Qualified candidates possess exceptional cabinetry design, communication, mentoring and leadership skills, work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and hold values that support our vision of being a community where youth are embraced and will thrive.
