As a Front of House Team Member at Draughts, you bring warmth, energy, and consistency to every guest experience. You create a welcoming atmosphere, deliver great service, and work closely with your team to make sure every visit feels effortless and enjoyable.

You take pride in the details, from greeting guests and serving tables to supporting the bar. You make sure drinks are made and served to the same high standard every time, maintaining consistency and quality across the board. Whether you are working on the floor or behind the bar, you ensure every guest leaves wanting to come back.

You will deliver great hospitality by engaging with guests beyond taking orders, creating genuine connections and memorable experiences. You will welcome every guest with a smile and ensure they feel valued and appreciated.
