With an eye for detail that Sherlock Holmes would be proud of, Chantal is the creator of all things brownie. She strives for perfection, and we have to say, she’s hit the mark with our brownies. That’s why we’ve won so many awards. Often found tinkering with ingredients at 2am, she always has a smile on her face (is it the result of all that chocolate?)
