Sydney Café - Kitchen Lead

We are looking for a passionate Kitchen Lead to join our team at Allpress Espresso in Sydney. As the Kitchen Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring food quality and safety standards are met, and leading a team of kitchen staff. You will work closely with the Café Manager to create a positive and efficient kitchen environment. Your role will include menu planning, inventory management, and staff training.
