Lead Server (Kokua)

We are seeking a Lead Server to provide pleasurable dining experiences by ensuring professional, timely, food and beverage service to residents, family members, guests, and/or staff according to established dining standards. Assist Restaurant Management in overseeing all aspects of dining service operation and sanitation. The successful candidate will be able to multitask, problem solve and work closely with others. The lead server reports directly to the Restaurant Manager. This position is part-time; weeknight, weekend, and holiday availability required. Required: Effective interaction and communication skills; team player. Prior service experience in dining environment. Demonstrated leadership abilities and abilities to deliver consistent, quality food and beverage service. Minimum 3 years of prior serving experience. English language proficiency.
