Trainer

As a Trainer at Black Sheep Coffee, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to our baristas and team members. You will ensure that all staff are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service and produce high-quality coffee. Your role will involve creating training materials, conducting training sessions, and providing ongoing support to team members. You will also work closely with management to identify training needs and develop programs that align with our company values and goals.
