What You’ll Do:

- Provide warm, prompt service and share your knowledge of our delicious teas and riceballs.
- Prepare quality beverages and food with care.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and inviting.
- Work as a supportive team player in a fast-paced environment.
- Follow safety and operational guidelines.
- Assist with wrapping, packing, and serving food orders in a timely manner
- Expedite food and beverage orders to support smooth kitchen and front-of-house operations

What We’re Looking For:

- Friendly, positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Team spirit and the ability to stay calm during busy times.
- Willingness to take initiative and help wherever needed.
- Efficient in both fast- and slow-paced environments with strong time management
- Ability to accurately apply basic math skills in daily operations

Physical Requirements:

- Can move, stand, and walk freely with no limitations during long hours
- Able to safely lift up to 40 lbs and perform occasional bending or reaching without restrictions
- Ready to use your hands and senses to craft perfect drinks and keep our space spotless.
