Coffee Shop Associate

Maple Blue's Coffee is hiring a General Manager to run our Craig shop. We are opening a second location in Steamboat Springs and ownership will be focused there, so we need someone who can genuinely run Craig with real authority over their team, their schedule, and daily operations. What you'll do Hire, train, and coach your team — a crew of 15 to 20 Own the schedule and labor cost Own drink and food quality, and the experience in the lobby and drive-thru Own ordering, inventory, and waste Watch daily sales and find ways to improve them This is a floor job, not a desk job — you will be behind the counter with your team most days Requirements A year or more leading a team, in coffee, restaurants, or retail Available for a flexible management schedule — early mornings, some weekends and holidays Based in Craig day to day, with occasional travel to Steamboat Springs Coffee experience is a plus, not a requirement — leadership is the part we cannot teach Must be 18 years or older Compensation and benefits $60,000–$75,000 per year, depending on experience About 45–50 hours per week, five days Paid time off Free drinks and shift meals Employee discount 4 hours a month at The Back 9, our golf simulator lounge next door Access to the Colorado SecureSavings retirement program (employee-funded) Applications will be accepted through September 18, 2026.
