PLASTIC MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinates work shifts organization related to maintenance activities;
- Plans preventive maintenance activities together with the preventive maintenance engineer;
- Improves the operation of equipment;
- Ensures rapid interventions in accidental repairs situations;
- Motivates the team to achieve performance indicators;
- Responsible for achieving performance indicators (reducing intervention times, increasing the operating time of equipment);
- Ensures the management of spare parts (necessary, stocks, costs);
- Provides the necessary training for the team;
- Verifies and adjusts the information related to the collection and recording of performance indicators;
- Organizes the workplace according to Lean Manufacturing principles;
- Implements and executes the process requirements based on the requests of the technical department;
- Responsible for occupational safety and health of subordinates;
- Administrates all activities connected to maintenance;
- Active role in improvement activities and initiatives;
- Responsible for 5S activities.
