Head Chef

As a Head Chef, you’ll make sure everything in the kitchen runs smoothly during a busy service. You’ll know how to get the best out of your team by encouraging and developing them to deliver exceptional dishes. You’ll be responsible for managing food safety and hygiene standards, as well as controlling food costs and stock levels. You’ll also have the opportunity to create new dishes and menus that reflect the brand’s values and ethos.
