Server Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and service-oriented Assistant Server to join our Food & Beverage team. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about hospitality and eager to grow within a dynamic, upscale environment.

As an Assistant Server, you will play a key supporting role in ensuring seamless dining experiences for our guests. You will work closely with Servers and leadership to maintain the flow of service, uphold cleanliness and organization, and anticipate guest needs with a proactive and positive approach.

What You’ll Do:
- Support Servers in delivering prompt, attentive, and personalized service
- Assist with table setup, clearing, and resetting in accordance with brand standards
- Ensure dining areas are clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout service
- Deliver food and beverages accurately and efficiently
- Respond to guest requests with professionalism and urgency
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and daily offerings to better assist the team
- Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards
