Learning & Development Partner

As a Learning Partner, you will drive the learning agenda across Greene King Pub Company, ensuring our teams have the skills, knowledge and behaviours to deliver exceptional service. You will work closely with the operational teams to identify training needs and develop tailored learning solutions that enhance performance and engagement. Your role will involve designing and delivering training programs, coaching managers, and evaluating the effectiveness of learning initiatives.
