As a Learning Partner, you will drive the learning agenda across Greene King Pub Company, ensuring our teams have the skills, knowledge and behaviours to deliver exceptional service and achieve our business objectives. You will work closely with the HR team and operational leaders to identify learning needs and develop tailored training solutions.
