Barista / Cafe Staff

Stockholm Roast (SR Coffee Roaster), operated by Stockholm Roast Inc. (ストックホルムロースト株式会社), is a Tokyo specialty coffee roaster and cafe operator whose own self-roasted coffee is the core offering. It runs street-level cafes in Nihonbashi-Kabutocho, Jimbocho, Minato Mirai (Yokohama) and Miyakojima, plus several in-office cafes in Otemachi, Marunouchi and Yurakucho. Wage from ¥1,230/hour (¥1,226 during the 3-month trial); commuting allowance, staff purchase discount, social insurance and paid leave (some conditions).
