Copenhagen Coffee Lab is a hand-craft coffee roastery, wholesaler, cafe and bakery chain founded in Copenhagen in 2013, with 50 cafes across Denmark, Germany, France and Portugal. Coffee is at the centre of the offer. The District Manager leads cafe operations across the Lisbon district: overseeing store managers, driving guest experience and quality, recruiting, training and developing teams, monitoring KPIs and ensuring HACCP / food-safety compliance.
