Finance Manager

Extract Coffee Roasters — an independent, B Corp certified specialty coffee roastery in Bristol, UK (purpose: 'Make Coffee Better') — is hiring a Finance Manager to lead its day-to-day finance function. Hands-on operational role: clean monthly month-end and accurate management accounts; AP, AR, banking and reconciliations; managing a small finance team (circa 3); financial controls, processes and audit trails; debtor and payment-run management; VAT returns and compliance; and stock/cost accounting across green coffee, production and finished goods (COGS, stock reconciliations, stocktakes). Works closely with production, logistics and sales. Requirements: prior Finance Manager / Senior Management Accountant experience; strong month-end, reporting, AP/AR and reconciliations; experience managing a transactional finance team; ERP systems (NetSuite or similar); stock-led/manufacturing/product-business background; AAT qualified or CIMA/ACCA qualified or part-qualified. Salary GBP40,000-45,000 + 31 days holiday, additional parental/sick pay, on-site parking, cycle-to-work, free coffee, EAP and team events.
