Senior Coffee Roaster

Coffee Supreme (certified B Corp specialty roaster; teams across Australasia and Japan) is hiring a Senior Coffee Roaster to lead its roasting program at the Wellington roastery, New Zealand. Full-time salaried (40 hrs/week). Leads daily preparation and roasting of key blends and single origins, maintains roast profiles, runs QA/QC, and develops other roasters. Requires 4+ years roasting experience, ideally high-volume (10+ tonnes/week), Cropster experience, leadership, and a well-developed palate.
