Store Manager (Full-Time)

Screaming Beans, an Amsterdam specialty coffee company, is hiring a Store Manager to keep its coffee bars running. Lead, coach and support the team, build schedules, uphold quality in coffee, service and atmosphere, monitor revenue, costs and waste, and ensure hygiene, safety and a positive workplace. Requires 1-3 years of leadership in hospitality, retail or coffee; operations and scheduling experience; basic financial understanding; strong Dutch and English; and flexibility.
