Barista / Cafe Team - Deal, Kent

Climpson & Sons, the East London specialty coffee roaster (roasting since the mid-2000s, first cafe on Broadway Market), is opening its second cafe in Deal, Kent in 2026 and is hiring cafe staff and baristas. The cafe operates seven days a week with a day-to-night offering built around excellent coffee, thoughtful food and relaxed hospitality. A number of full-time (primarily) and some part-time roles are available; all roles include weekend and busy-period work, shared across the team. Bring your love for hospitality and specialty coffee.
