Square Mile Coffee Roasters seeks an experienced Head of Manufacturing to lead by example, ensure high standards, and build and empower dynamic teams. Accountable for the manufacturing side of the business - driving continuous improvement and implementing systems that elevate quality, safety and throughput while ensuring day-to-day execution. You will orchestrate operational strategy across roasting, production, and dispatch and hold accountability for overall manufacturing performance.
