Baker - Collective Bakery

We are looking for a baker to join Collective Bakery, part of Coffee Collective, supplying baked goods to our Copenhagen coffee shops and bakery shop at Norrebrogade 176. Tasks: producing high-quality bread and baked goods, wild yeast fermentations, reducing food waste, and maintaining a clean, safe environment. Full-time with a rotating weekend schedule; workday begins at 4 or 6am. Send your CV with the subject line 'Baker'.
