Barista / Trainee Production Roaster

Foundry Coffee Roasters are looking for an exceptional person to join their team for around 30 hours per week: a barista with a proven track record in speciality coffee, experienced, meticulous and curious, who is serious about developing a career in speciality coffee, specifically roasting. The role initially splits fairly evenly between the coffee bar and the roasting operation; after a trainee period of around 12 months it becomes more roastery focussed.
