Lead Roaster — Single Origin Program

We are hiring a Lead Roaster to own our single-origin program at the Portland roastery. You will profile new lots, manage 2 production roasters, set sensory standards, and present to wholesale buyers. Five years of commercial Loring or Probat experience required.
