Job title: Front of House & Audience Experience Manager
Location: Cheltenham Town Hall & Pittville Pump Room
Reports to: Director of Operations
Working Hours: Full-time, permanent (40 hours per week). Due to the nature of the role, working hours are flexible and will include evenings and weekends to meet operational requirements.
Salary guide: £34,000 to £37,000 dependent on experience
Responsible for managing the front of house operations and ensuring a positive audience experience. This includes overseeing staff, managing events, and liaising with various stakeholders to enhance the overall visitor experience.
