Full-Time Barista

Our obsession with curation applies as much to our staff as it does to anything else we do. Most of our baristas had no prior experience before joining us but showed a hunger to learn and natural trait to be meticulous. We put a strong emphasis on training and encourage experimentation. Our mission is to provide the tools and knowledge for our staff to become store managers or one day maybe even set up their own coffee shop.
