Product Support Manager

The Product Support Manager is responsible for leading the effort within the Dealership to grow revenue of parts sales and services and maximizing the quality of service by quickly responding to customer needs and customer satisfaction by supporting the account managers in maintaining contacts with customers in the drafting of Parts, Service programs and contracts.
