About This Role
We are seeking a professional and personable Front Desk Agent & Night Auditor to join our Front Office team. This role is vital in providing exceptional guest services during evening hours, ensuring smooth hotel operations, and maintaining a welcoming environment for all guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, hospitality experience, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently. Responsibilities: Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures; Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy; Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels; Perform night audit duties including balancing accounts, reconciling transactions, and preparing reports; Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations; Ensure the front desk area remains organized, clean, and welcoming at all times; Uphold excellent phone etiquette and provide exceptional customer service throughout all interactions; Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support hotel operations; Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs efficiently. Experience: Previous experience in front desk or hotel reception roles preferred but no required; Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills; Experience handling multi-line phone systems and guest services in a hospitality setting is advantageous; Multilingual or bilingual abilities are considered a significant asset; Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus; Prior experience working night shifts in a hospitality environment is an advantage.
